Hi, I’m Cassandra — owner of Renew Studios and the stylist behind Cassandra’s Studio.

From the time I was a little girl, I’ve been passionate about hair and style. I loved dressing up our dog, styling my friends’ hair, and hosting backyard fashion shows. (My mom says my skills have improved quite a bit since those early days!)

What truly fulfills me is helping people feel confident, beautiful, and their very best. That passion has guided me for over 20 years as a professional stylist.

I completed my cosmetology education and a 3-year apprenticeship at a prestigious high-end salon in Germany in 2007. When my family relocated to South Carolina (my dad was stationed at Fort Jackson), I became a licensed cosmetologist and continued building my career at one of Columbia’s top salons.

In 2016,  I took the leap and became a business owner when I opened Cassandra’s Studio. In 2019, I expanded my vision and opened Renew Studios — a beautiful, professional shared studio space in Forest Acres. I wanted to create a small, intimate environment for independent beauty professionals, where each stylist has their own private, dedicated suite instead of working in a large salon run by a huge enterprise. This setup allows us to keep things personal and client-focused while sharing an elegant common lounge area for welcoming guests.

Each studio operates as its own independent entity, giving beauty professionals the freedom and autonomy they deserve in a warm, boutique-style setting.
